A Romantic Gender Reveal in the Heart of the Quad Cities
I ended up booking this couple last minute, the other photographers they booked cancelled on them and I just so happened to be in that area on the date they needed. When Kaelanni told me her idea, I was over the moon! Seriously, picnic set ups have stolen my heart lately and I am all for them!
We got the set up all situated and for it being cloudy on and off, the sun played nice with us and decided to peek out. She had a cake made from Sifted Sugar Cake Co and it was absolutely perfect!
A unique way to do your gender reveal
To figure out the gender, the cake was made either pink or blue. My couple took wineglasses and shoved them in the cake to reveal the gender. Honestly, I was obsessed with this!
